This year our annual fundraiser was held mid September at Grand Roatan in West Bay. With a new venue and format, our supporters got to experience a more formal event with a buffet dinner, live music from Miru, a cellist during the meal and local band IMOX to finish the evening off.
Even though a brief shower interrupted part of the event, attendees still enjoyed their time in West Bay and we managed to raise just shy of $7,000 which was used to purchase a new engine for our Patrol boat which monitors West Bay and West End. We would like to thank all those that donated prizes to our raffle and auction, volunteers who helped out, all our supporters who attended, and especially Grand Roatan who hosted the party. We are already looking forward to our next which will take place in April 2023.
