Roatan Marine Park is hiring a Programs Manager to lead its research, patrol, marine infrastructure, and community programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll guide our teams, manage donor-funded projects, and make sure our work protects Roatan’s reefs. We’re looking for an experienced manager with a marine or environmental background who speaks English and Spanish, loves diving, and cares about community-led conservation.
