I have a Bachelors's degree and a Masters's degree in Economics from the University of Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble, France. He was born and raised in Tegucigalpa. In 1999 he moved to Roatan to work as the Administrator of the SAFEGE-MONCADA Y MONCADA Consortium in the Bay Islands Environmental Management Project. Once the project was completed, he worked for two years for Roatan Electric Company (RECO) and later worked for 8 years in hospitality, becoming General Manager of several hotels on the island of Roatan. He has been the RMP’s Financial Controller since 2016.
