Working in a non-profit organization like RMP is rewarding for me. At the same time, it is a daily challenge to ensure that the administration is well-founded and helps in the development of the programs. Seeing the support of people in the projects we carry out fills me with motivation
Gael has Bachelors degree and Masters degree of Economics from the University of Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble, France. He was born and raised in Tegucigalpa. In 1999 he moved to Roatan to work as the Administrator of the SAFEGE-MONCADA Y MONCADA Consortium in the Bay Islands Environmental Management Project. Once the project was completed, he worked two years for Roatan Electric Company ( RECO) and later worked for 8 years in hospitality, becoming General Manager of several hotels on the Island of Roatan. He has been the RMP’s Financial Controller since 2016.
